| Letter From The Presidents
Last year at this time everyone was preparing for the Y2K bug, but now itısjust a distant memory. Steve Peterson and I are very happy with the growth and success of our business. We express thanks to our newest client: American Concrete Pipe and Spancrete Industries, Inc. in Green Bay, Valders and Waukesha. It has been a pleasure working with Joe Dugan, John Schnell and Larry Stigler on past projects, and we are looking forward to upcoming projects. We would like to acknowledge our existing, loyal customers and projects from the past year, including: Menominee Indian School District, Gardner Manufacturing, Krueger International in Green Bay and Bonduel, Megtec, Carver Boat, Cruiser Yachts, Mirro Company, Milprint, Alliant Energy, Karavan Trailers, Alferi Laboratories, BBA Nonwovens, Dean Pickle, Denmark School District, Green Bay Packaging, Paper Converting, Specialty Chemical, St. Maryıs Hospital, United States Postal Service, Valders School District, Ensyn Technology, Fox River Fiber, Fox Converting, Green Bay School District, Howard-Suamico Schools and Village of Howard, just to name a few. Our annual company picnic was once again a great success. It was held at Bay Beach in August with 60 plus employees and spouses in attendance. We cooked out, rode the amusement rides, talked, gave out door prizes and company gear, and watched the packer game. Our continued growth has left our existing building with very limited space, and we discuss daily new options. If we continue to grow at this rate, we may be looking for or constructing a larger building. Thanks again to all of our loyal employees and clients. Energy costs are predicted to increase from 40-50% this year, and everyone will feel the increase in heating bills. Now is the time to have your heating system inspected to ensure it is running at its maximum efficiency and to upgrade to a new system if necessary. Our specialty is boilers, furnaces and make-up air infrared heating. Give Jim Taylorıs service department a call so we can schedule an inspection. Customer Profile: Spancrete Industries, Inc.
